Средство просмотра Azure Kinect Viewer не может запустить устройство на ОС HP Elidesk 800: Win10

Я успешно установил Azure Kinect SDK, и он выглядит нормально в диспетчере устройств. Но Kinect Viewer не может запустить устройство. Моя машина — HP Elitedesk. Версия ОС — Windows 10 (версия сборки: 18363). Я попробовал на ноутбуке Lenovo, и Kinect Viewer работает нормально. Таким образом, устройство не повреждено.
