Как сделать заглавными слова, содержащие более 14 букв?

Мне нужна программа, которая будет преобразовывать слово в заглавные, и неважно, сколько в нем букв.

Теперь я могу подняться до 14.

print(upper("hello"))

говорит ПРИВЕТ но НЕУДОВЛЕТВОРЕНИЕ

Я не просто хочу добавить еще немного (например, 15 или 16), я хочу, чтобы не имело значения, как высоко вы идете.
