Ошибка инициализации проекта Stack GHCJS при создании образа докера

Я пытаюсь создать образ докера в качестве среды разработки GHCJS.

Я получаю сообщение об ошибке в этой строке файла Docker, которая должна инициализировать проект шаблона GHCJS с использованием стека:
