Агент vsts не регистрируется на сервере win 2012 R2

Я пытаюсь установить агент VSTS на сервер win 2012 R2, но он не работает с сообщением «Произошла ошибка при отправке запроса. Не удалось подключиться».

Я не уверен, что здесь происходит. Я за корпоративным брандмауэром. Но когда я попробовал это в своей локальной системе в том же домене и под тем же брандмауэром, он работает. Только на этом конкретном сервере это не так.

Может ли кто-нибудь помочь мне с тем же? (не удалось опубликовать все, поэтому скопировано оттуда, где написано «подключиться»)
