Не найден плагин для префикса «exec» в текущем проекте и в плагинах в группах org.codehaus.mojo

Я прочитал несколько вопросов с аналогичной проблемой и страницу справки 1. К сожалению, я застрял.

Одной из возможных причин может быть прокси, но здесь такого прокси нет. Кроме того, все проекты maven на моем ПК были успешно обновлены, когда я обновляю его из Eclipse. Поэтому я отбрасываю эту возможность.

Другая вещь, которую я проверил, это поиск codehaus в моем локальном репозитории, и я нашел его (C:\Users\myUser.m2\repository\org\codehaus\mojo).

Еще одна попытка, я попытался добавить pluginGroups/pluginGroup в настройки. Проект представляет собой очень простое приветственное слово, использующее весенний пакет только с тасклетом и его методом выполнения. Нет общедоступного статического основного метода void.
