В своем универсальном приложении для Windows 10 я указал как Windows Mobile Extensions for the UWP, так и Windows Desktop Extensions for the UWP. Похоже, что текущий Win10 SDK 10240 имеет некоторые проблемы с выпуском - это означает, что .NET Native включен - сборка.
