Ошибка при запуске базового обновления Endeca

На моем компьютере происходит сбой обновления базового уровня Endeca

при отслеживании журналов в CRS.0.0.log обнаружено следующее

и при обращении к журналу Dgidx, как указано в приведенной выше ошибке, я обнаружил следующую ошибку в Dgidx.start.log:

Endeca устанавливается и настраивается с помощью CIM.
