pyqt: дублирование qmessagebox

Я добавил окно подтверждения, когда пользователь вводит ответ. Однако, когда пользователь подтверждает и переходит к следующему вопросу, появляются 2 окна сообщений, затем 3 и так далее. Как я могу исправить эту ошибку дублирования?
