В конечном итоге столбцы отчета должны быть.
EmployeeID, LastName, FirstName, RegularHours, PTO, Holiday, FloatingHoliday, Total и GrossEarnings.
Я не очень разбираюсь в хранимых процедурах, но я думаю, что мне нужно будет использовать курсор, чтобы перебирать каждую дату и выяснять, какую ставку оплаты применять к ней.
