Тип изменен с datetime.datetime на str
Можно ли сохранить тип, потому что я пытаюсь найти продолжительность, которую я не могу вычесть из datetime obj в str?

Я думаю, вы должны сериализовать объект datetime в опубликованном канале, а затем десериализовать при чтении подпрограммы.

РЕДАКТИРОВАТЬ:

Вы можете хранить секунды эпохи в ключе и избегать сериализации! (если вы только опубликуете дату и время).
